How often can I use my XO Mask?

We recommend using your mask 1-2 times a week for sensitive skin or 2-3 times a week for normal to combination skin 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within AUS takes between 2-7 business days

Should I double cleanse?

Yes, we recommend double cleansing! The first cleanse breaks down any makeup/dirt/excess oils from throughout the day. The second cleanse will give your skin a deep clean without having to breakthrough any external layers of skin

Do you provide a money back guarantee?

Yes! If you are unsatisfied with your products after having used them consistently for 30 days, we are more than happy to provide you with a full refund. Just contact our customer service email at hello@xoskinco.com.au. Please do keep in mind the shipping fee of $10 AUD will be deducted from the refund price

What happens if I break out after using the mask?

It is possible that your skin may breakout after the first few times you use a new mask. This is because the Kaolin Clay performs a deep clean of your pores, pulling out any dirt, toxins and impurities allowing your skin to improve and heal. 'Purging' may occur, which means you might breakout but don't worry, your skin will clear up in no time. Be sure to apply moisturise after you use your mask

When do I enter my discount code?

Use your discount code at checkout and hit apply, then your discount will apply in your cart

How do I remove the mask?

We recommend using a wet face washer to gently remove your mask

How many uses will a jar of the XO Mask last?

Our Clay Mask will give you 30-35 uses. It depends on how much product you apply on your face

What's your refund policy?

We will accept a refund for change of mind only if the products haven't been opened and still in their original packaging

Yes! We know how inconvenient it is paying for shipping but don't worry, we got chu!

How much is international shipping?

All international orders will be charged a flat rate of $20 AUD

Do I have to pay for a brush?

No! Every mask that is purchased will receive a free brush on us! Thank us later!

Are your products Vegan & Cruelty Free?

DUH! We're not about using any animal products or testing on animals. We love our furry friends. We are approved by PETA

What is the shelf life of your products?

Once opened, our products will stay fresh for 18 months. But we know it won't last that long because you'll be using them on the daily!

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number with a link to see when the mail man will be arriving

The product I want is out of stock! When can I get my hands on it?

If the product you want to buy is out of stock, simply to go the product page and enter your email to be notified when it comes back into stock. When it becomes avaliable we will shoot through an email first!

Can I buy XO as a gift and have it shipped as one?

Heck yes! Just put the gift receivers name and address at checkout. What a fabulous suprise!
